Your responsibilities among others, will include:

  • Ownership of client movement through client service delivery process.
  • Expected to develop deep understanding of company’s strategies and tactics. Must be able to effectively communicate and educate clients and coworkers about company strategies.
  • Primary point of contact for all client communication with assigned clients.
  • Ultimate ownership over client performance and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Native fluency in American English
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Vendor Central
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with paid ads on Amazon or Google.
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage results within a large team.
  • Understanding of spreadsheets – both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with Google Workspace & Microsoft Office products

Duties:

  • Take an active role in shaping the visual communication for our clients’ digital marketing and advertising experiences.
  • Provide valuable eCommerce design solutions for a wide range of products and clients.
  • Specific responsibilities regarding content and design will include the following:
      1. Gallery Photo Design
        Based on the features and benefits of the product you will create:
        • Lifestyle photos
        • Infographics
      1. A+ Content Design (below the fold)
        Descriptive product copy will be provided with which you will create:
        • Images and photo content that aligns with the brand and concept in a specified template and resolution/ size
      1. Storefront Design (separate website type page within Amazon, detached from product detail pages)

We are looking for the following set of skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in advertising/ marketing design and/or branding experience
  • A degree or diploma in graphic/visual design, or proven experience.
  • Proven Photoshop experience
  • Proven Adobe Illustrator experience
  • High attention to detail in order to maintain consistent branding and styling across all visual materials
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills to turn high quality work around ahead of deadlines
  • The capacity and flexibility to design for different brands with multiple aesthetics and concepts in reduced time frames

  1. Enhanced Brand/A+ Content Copy
    • Writing out Additional Sales Copy to be in the Enhanced Brand Content of the amazon listings
  1. Storefront Content Copy
    • Writing out similar copy to build out Amazon Storefronts
